Cristiano Ronaldo’s reply to Wayne Rooney after Man Utd comments

Cristiano Ronaldo has called Wayne Rooney `jealous` following his comments on Monday Night Football. One of the subjects Rooney spoke about was the Cristiano Ronaldo situation at Manchester United. Rooney was Ronaldo`s teammate at Old Trafford but, when asked if his return has benefitted the club, the Derby manager said no. “But I think if you`re looking to the future of the club, you have to go with younger, hungry players to do their best to lift Manchester United over these next two or three years. He`s a goal threat but I think the rest of the game they need more, they need young, hungry players. ” Ronaldo has scored 18 goals in 32 appearances since his return to United during what has been a really disappointing campaign for the Red Devils.
